All services purchased from Conscious Buddy must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Conscious Buddy Community, its owners, directors, managers, and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

To register or purchase from the Conscious Buddy online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Retreats in the UK and abroad Cancellation policy* The deposit is nonrefundable. The dates given for installments mean once those installments are made they will also be non-refundable, this includes special offer rates. Please take note of the dates of installments so you are aware of when these amounts are due. There will be 7 days in which payment must be received after the due date, if payment or contact hasn't been made then you may lose your space and no refund will be given. It is not the responsibility of the retreat organizer in the event that you cannot make the retreat and you have already paid in full. It will be your responsibility to ensure you can either claim through your insurance or even pass over your space to another person. It is not the responsibility of the event organizer If the retreat has to be postponed due to any natural disaster or any incident that could prevent the retreat from going ahead. If the teacher becomes ill or cannot teach the retreat for any reason, then a suitable teacher following the same principles of Estella will be brought in to teach the retreat. In these circumstances it is strongly advised you have insurance cover for any unforeseen circumstances, this includes illness, injuries, and personal cover loss.  A 4 month cancellation notice period needs to be given to receive a full refund minus the deposit and a 2 month cancellation notice period needs to be given  to receive a 50% refund of the full amount. After this time no refund can be given, please see above for information our refund policy.

Workshops

7 days of notice is required for workshop or program cancellations. Cancellations within 6 days of a workshop date cannot be refunded. Medical cancellations are permitted where an athlete or team is not able to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the individual was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session will be issued but cannot be refunded.

Health and Safety

Please be aware that proper care shall be taken for your well-being and safety, however, it is important to realize it is ultimately your responsibility to adjust your practice to avoid injury. No responsibility can be taken for injuries from, or as a consequence of, your participation in these events/workshops/retreats.
